Catch a game at Croke Park .Founded in 1884 the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) was set up to promote indigenous Irish sport. Quite a physical game gaelic football is where the ball can be carried and points scored over the goalpost. Hurling or Camogie is another GAA field sport that is played with sticks and a ball. Played on an amateur basis and popular across all of Ireland.
